IMPORTANT: NO REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

KAIZEN & INNOVATIONS operates on a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

All payments made for our Services are final and non-refundable. Once you have subscribed to or purchased our Services, you will not be entitled to any refunds, whether partial or full, under any circumstances.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation and refund terms for HOOKPULSE webhook scheduling services provided by KAIZEN & INNOVATIONS ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy applies to all types of charges including but not limited to:

  • Monthly subscription fees (base charges)
  • Schedule creation charges (one-time fees)
  • Webhook execution charges
  • Retry execution charges
  • On-demand task charges
  • Any other fees associated with our Services

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation of your account or subscription
  • Non-usage or underutilization of Services
  • Change of mind or business requirements
  • Service dissatisfaction
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Account termination or suspension
  • Billing errors (subject to our discretion for correction only)
  • Duplicate payments (will be credited as service credits, not refunded)
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation, but no guarantee of refund)

By availing our Services, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are final and that no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

2. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your HOOKPULSE account at any time through:

CRITICAL: Cancelling your account does NOT entitle you to any refunds. All payments made prior to cancellation are final and non-refundable.

  • Cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation
  • Your account will be deactivated, and you will lose access to all Services
  • All scheduled webhooks and tasks will be stopped and cannot be recovered
  • You will not be charged for future billing cycles
  • However, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period or any past charges

2.3 Data After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your account data will be retained for 30 days for recovery purposes
  • After 30 days, all account data, schedules, and execution logs will be permanently deleted
  • You may request immediate data deletion by contacting support
  • We recommend exporting your data before cancellation if needed

3. Service Credits (Not Refunds)

In exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:

  • Service credits can only be used for future billing cycles
  • Credits do not expire and can be applied automatically
  • Credits cannot be converted to cash refunds
  • Credits are non-transferable
  • Issuance of credits is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed

Note: Service credits are not refunds and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to bank accounts.

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your billing:

  • Contact our support team at kaizenandinnovations@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge
  • Provide your account email, transaction ID, and details of the disputed charge
  • We will investigate and may correct billing errors at our discretion
  • However, correction of billing errors does not constitute a refund policy
  • Any corrections will be made as service credits, not cash refunds

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
  • We will provide transaction details and service logs to the payment provider
  • If the chargeback is found to be invalid, your account may be permanently terminated
  • We encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve any billing issues
  • Chargebacks do not guarantee refunds and may result in account termination

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered email address.

7. Acknowledgment

By using our Services and making any payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund and no-cancellation policy
  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • You will not be entitled to any refunds under any circumstances
  • You have evaluated the Services and are satisfied before making payment
  • You understand that cancellation does not entitle you to refunds
